Proposal & Contract all in one - Service Agreement Section in Proposal

I once successfully closed a deal with a client because of sending a proposal that had a Service Agreeement and my Terms and Conditions attached.
If they approved the proposal, all they needed to do was sign the service agreement confirming they had read the Terms and Conditions and provide the requested info for the service agreement.
That way, there was no need for a second loop of reading contract and then signing.
This requires form fields, PDF attachments and a signature field at the end. But it speeds up the process and I'd love for that to be introduced here.

Hi Amina Belabbes - I've requested this too in separate feedback, but I also have a workaround you can try.
1/ Upload your current PDF contract to the 'Files' section of Indy.
(Tip: create an admin or contract folder so it's easy to locate)
2/ Click the 3 dot / elipses icon and choose to share the file. Create a public link.
3/ In your proposal add the signature section, and edit the text to say that they need to review your (contract / services agreement - whatever you call it). And then highlight the word 'contract' and paste your shared URL to hyperlink it.
4/ Add some text that says approving the proposal means they understand the terms set out in the contract and they accept them.
You may want advice from a lawyer to confirm what wording you should use.
I have attached a mockup example.

Visual Unity looks like I already did a while ago! Probably forgot and thought I'd seen it on another platform, the idea obviously stuck with me. Thanks for the workaround, will try that!
