As our team is expanding, we’d like the platform to better support team collaboration rather than focusing solely on solo business users. We would love to have a single team account that allows us to assign specific leads to team members, such as our virtual assistant or other designated individuals. This would include the ability to monitor each member’s tasks and progress for each assigned lead. Essentially, we’d like centralized lead data that can be delegated and tracked at the individual level, making it easier for us to manage and follow up on each lead’s progress.
