I would like to have the option of not having to send an email notifying clients attached to a project that files has been uploaded. They would have the ability to see it and approve but via a link rather than a bunch of individual emails.

Agree - In some instances, I would like to upload a number of documents to the portal at once, for example, a Welcome Pack / Onboarding PDF and other reference documents. I want to send one email (that I can edit) to notify them that the files are there, but only when I am ready for them to have access.
