More customization for the client portal. I'd like to have them set up a profile for themselves and have to login and complete an 'onboarding' process that should be able to be set up like a questionnaire, logins and passwords, etc. Assigning forms (you need more templates and more customization for forms, truly) to an 'onboarding workflow' that the client must complete to activate their client portal. You could also provide a ready to go workflow for onboarding new clients instead of us users having to add all the information manually. This would help familiarize the client with the portal (offer training video for them when they first 'log in'.
