Would it be possible to have a tab in people for forms. So we can easily attach a response to a given client.

For example if I send a questionnaire to a client asking for more detail about them and their project. It would be nice to have those responses under the person. So all gathered information is in one place.

I already had a person labeled as a "client" in the system. I had her fill out an intake form that I had already created. But when the submission came back, it's not attached to her and I have no way to attach it. If I click "Add to People" it makes me create a new person instead of attaching to an existing. If I create a new person, I'd have to redo everything else I've already done with this client. It would be nice to have a way to associate a form with an existing person in the database.
